Property investor Chris Lazari last week lined up more than £120m for West End investments.
Lazari, who made his name in property by building a substantial portfolio in and around Tottenham Court Road, has agreed to buy IVG Asticus’s 16 Great Marlborough Street, W1, for around £60m.
The sale of the 110,000 sq ft (10,219 sq m) building reflects a yield of around 6.25%.
Lazari’s Lazari Investments is also close to agreeing a deal for Diageo’s West End HQ. Lazari will pay more than £60m for the 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) Henrietta House, Henrietta Place, W1.
