Lazari lights up Lantern with two new lettings

Lazari Investments has signed two new tenants at its Lantern office development in Euston, taking the building to 95% let.

Professional services training business First Intuition has taken a 10-year lease on 16,600 sq ft across the ground floor of the block, at 75 Hampstead Road, NW1. The site is the company’s second in the capital – it also has space at Conway Mews, W1.

Sarah Mackey, business operations director at First Intuition, said: “The building is the perfect fit for us both in terms  of location within London’s Knowledge Quarter, but also for us to welcome our new and existing professional student and client base, meaning that we can continue to grow our business from strength to strength.”

Estate agency Chestertons, part of French property services group Emeria, has taken 6,100 sq ft on the fifth floor as its new UK headquarters, moving in July.

The new occupiers join Zenimax, Siemens, Tripledot Studios and Bauer Media in signing up at the scheme.

BDG advised First Intuition and Challinor Property advised Chestertons. Cushman & Wakefield and JLL advised Lazari.
