Lazari’s Lantern attracts mobile-gaming company

Lazari Investments has added another tenant to the line-up at its Lantern office development in Euston.

Tripledot Studios, a mobile-gaming company whose products include Woodoku and WordHop, has signed a 10-year lease for 23,566 sq ft on the first floor of the scheme, at 75 Hampstead Road, NW1.

The deal sees Tripledot join tenants including Zeimax, Siemens and Bauer Media. Tripledot is moving this summer from 90 Whitfield Street, W1.

Lior Shiff, chief executive of Tripledot Studios, said: “In a post-Covid world, we aim to have offices that the team members choose to attend, because they want to – not because they have to. To achieve that, we were seeking best-in-class facilities in a central and easy-to-commute location. We found exactly that at the Lantern.”
