Finance analytics firm Coalition Greenwich has become the latest occupier at Script in the Old Street district of east London, EC1.
The firm has signed a five-year lease for 7,321 sq ft of fully fitted office space on the second floor. Asking rents in the building stand at £70 per sq ft.
Script, which offers 51,000 sq ft of managed workspace, was acquired by LBS Properties in 2018 for £31.6m. The developer has extended and refurbished the building to create open-plan working areas and kitchen facilities.
James Willson, head of acquisitions at LBS, said: “We continue to experience strong underlying demand from central London occupiers for buildings that offer amenity. This letting attests to the quality of Script’s design, location and strong ESG credentials.”
Workthere, a Savills business, represented LBS. Cushman & Wakefield, Situu and Compton are leasing agents for Script.
