Leeds’ Chancellor Court sold

Chancellor Court in Leeds has been sold by Aberdeen Asset Management to London and Scottish Investments for £6.1m, a yield of 12.55%.


The office blocks, to the south-east of the city centre, is multi-let to tenants including the Legal Services Commission and St. James’ Place Wealth Management Group on weighted average unexpired lease lengths of six years.


It is understood the two buildings, totalling 41,479 sq ft, went through three rounds of best bids.


GVA acted for Aberdeen Asset Management. St. James’ was unrepresented.
