JLL’s head of residential for the North East, Charles Calvert, has left the business.
Calvert joined the Leeds office as director and head of residential in 2015, overseeing a team of six who advise on land, development, new homes and investment sales.
During his time at JLL, the team advised Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust on its estates strategy, a 6,000 residential unit scheme in North Lincolnshire and launched a new planning and development division for the Yorkshire and North East regions.
Prior to his appointment at JLL, Calvert was head of northern land operations at Sequence for two years.
He has almost three decades of experience working in the North of England residential market and previously held roles at Living Blueprint and Knight Frank.
A JLL spokesman said: “We can confirm that Charles Calvert has left JLL to pursue other opportunities. We wish him every success in the future. Further announcements will be made in due course.”
