Legal firm Clyde & Co has signed up for workspace at 110 Queen Street in Glasgow.
The deal was secured for 18,548 sq ft of workspace on the third floor of the building. The space was subleased from accountancy body ACCA, which will continue to occupy the first and second floors of the building, measuring 37,201 sq ft, until lease expiry in March 2026.
The deal marks the largest leasing transaction in Glasgow city centre in the third quarter of 2024.
DWS Group’s 110 Queen Street office building is situated in the heart of Glasgow and features a contemporary facade, double-height reception and amenities including bike storage, communal business lounge and shower and changing facilities.
The suites also feature existing fit-out which occupiers have the option to retain. Environmental credentials include EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings.
Clyde & Co joins other tenants in the building including Brodies, Deloitte UK, Grant Thornton, NatWest and WSP.
Adapt Commercial Property is the retained agent on behalf of the landlord, while CuthbertWhite advised Clyde & Co and Cushman & Wakefield represented ACCA.
