Legal & General sells Cardiff retail park for £26m

Legal & General has sold the Brooklands Retail Park, Cardiff to PropInvest Holdings for £26.7m, reflecting a net initial yield of 4.71%.


The park, which has a bulky goods planning consent, is occupied by Currys, PC World, Allied Carpets, Burger King and Pizza Hut and has two vacant units. 


Both Currys’ and PC World’s leases are subject to 3% pa fixed uplifts at the remaining rent reviews.


Legal & General was advised by Wilkinson Williams and HP4 acted on behalf of PropInvest.
