An unbroken freehold block of 33 flats in Leicester will go under the hammer at the Auction House London sale on 18 July with a guide price of £1.7m-plus.
The block, known as The Leys, has an estimated rental value of £184,800 pa. Planning permission was granted in May 2017 to turn ground-floor storage space into two further flats.
Other £1m-plus lots in the catalogue include a vacant flat in St John’s Wood, NW8. The two-bedroom ground-floor flat in Viceroy Court on Prince Albert Road comes with underground parking and a communal roof terrace.
A recently completed block of seven two-bedroom flats in the Formby area of Liverpool is offered for £1m-plus.
For smaller budgets, a flat in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, is up for grabs for £90,000-plus. The vacant two-bedroom flat in need of refurbishment is in a grade II-listed converted building in the village of Shipton-under-Wychwood. It is offered jointly with Hamptons.
Or for a more unusual investment, a piece of the Surrey Hills will be offered with a guide of £15,000. The 0.4-acre piece of land at Pasture Wood Road, Holmbury St Mary, Dorking, boasts spectacular views across the surrounding countryside and is offered with freeholder’s consent to erect a dwelling or outbuildings.
The sale will take place at the London Marriott, NW3.
