Leigh Court in West Kensington, London, has been sold by The Leading Properties of the World for £18.8m.
The building at 6 Avonmore Road, W14, was bought by a European development and investment fund, and has planning permission to be converted into 15 flats and five town houses.
The current building is mixed-use, with 23 flats alongside office space on the 0.3-acre site.
Knight Frank and Jeremy Alexander & Company acted for the vendor.
