This column recently featured the use of the Web by property software companies. APB’s site (http://www.apb.co.uk) opens with the company’s mission statement, which is that it “is committed to supplying the best possible software solutions whilst taking advantage of new software technology”.
APB – which was founded in 1979 – is based in Leighton Buzzard and employs over 30 staff. It has developed property software applications for those involved in the control, sale and management of commercial and residential property.
Its commercial agency system ” holds full details of all property records and applicant requirements”. The main elements of the system are a database, comprehensive reporting options and a fully integrated property archive facility.
