Leipzig is not experiencing the positive growth of many German cities enabling the city to offer modern offices for low rents.
According to Lutz Aengeveit, head of Aengevelt Immobilien, those looking to lease offices have a wide choice and a strong bargaining position. He believes that a few demand groups are beginning to take advantage of the situation, and is expecting the ratio of empty modern offices to fall.
