With less than a month to go before MIPIM, construction group John Lelliott decided to attend the event. Lelliott are already involved in a number of activities in Europe, including the construction of a major mixed development in Bruno, Czechoslovakia, and a £7m hotel and leisure complex in Esbly near Paris. They have also undertaken a number of feasibility studies including research for a £15m development in Barcelona and a golf/residential complex in Portugal.
Group chairman John Lelliott commented: “We are delighted to participate in this important international conference. We believe that success in the current property climate will come to those companies which operate within a niche market, and which invest in the marketing and development of new services at events of this kind.”
