Lend Lease has appointed Rob Heasman as project director on the £1.5bn Elephant & Castle regeneration.
Heasman, formerly development director of Elephant & Castle, replaces Pascal Mittermaier, who is relocating to the US.
He will oversee the project as it moves into a new phase involving the construction of 3,000 homes over the next 15 years.
Earlier this year, the development saw the launch of Elephant Park, a 360-home development. One The Elephant, a 37-storey tower, and Trafalgar Place, a 235-apartment development, are currently under construction.
