Lend Lease is scouring the world for prestige developments with London top of its list.
Bluewater has already proved a major success. It has earned the developer £40m through the sale of rental income streams to British funds and institutions.
Now the Australian company is looking to spend £160m through Global Properties Fund, a hybrid investment vehicle set up earlier this year.
