Lend Lease has submitted proposals for a £150m residential-led scheme in west London.
The plans for 408-430 Chiswick High Road, W4, include 137 homes and 8,783 sq ft of shops on a 1.3-acre site.
The Assael Architecture-designed proposals also include public realm works along Essex Place.
Subject to planning, completion is expected in 2016. Quod is advising on planning.
