Lendlease has appointed CBRE to market a 100,000 sq ft slice of the £2.3bn Elephant Park regeneration, SE17.
The site being offered includes retail, food and beverage, and leisure units, producing a total gross income of £2.75m and a total net income of £2.57m.
It has a WAULT of 11.93 years and a first exit of 8.32 years, as well as a 250-year leasehold at a peppercorn rent.
On completion, the wider Elephant Park regeneration site will include 3,200 homes, 480,000 sq ft of offices and extensive green space.
