CBRE has appointed John Coddington as head of residential for the firm’s property management team.
Coddington joins from Lendlease, where he was an asset manager with overall responsibility for the management of the completed phases of its Elephant Park development, SE1. Prior to that he held estates management roles at St George and Braemar Estates in London.
David Fogarty, executive managing director, UK property management at CBRE, said: “John will be using his extensive experience, gained over 15 years on both the client and agent side, to ensure that we continue to offer service excellence to our clients and occupiers, while enhancing our specialist offering across the residential sector.”
