London Executive Offices has completed the lease of 45,500 sq ft of offices at Landsec’s Nova North, SW1, and Great Portland Estates’ 30 Broadwick Street, W1.
The deal brings the flexible workspace provider’s total portfolio to 37 assets and more than 860,000 sq ft in London.
The Nova North deal comprises three floors of the building, totalling 32,000 sq ft, acquired on a 17-year lease. Both parties were unrepresented.
At 30 Broadwick Street, LEO has agreed a 13,500 sq ft lease on the fourth floor on a 10-year lease.
