Shares in Luminar jumped almost 9% to 619p after property investors Nick Leslau, Robert Tchenguiz and Sir Tom Hunter confirmed that they were contemplating a bid for the UK’s largest nightclub operator.
The three have formed Mintgate Investments as a vehicle to invest in Luminar and yesterday increased their stake to 6%.
