London specialist Levy Real Estate has appointed a new director to launch an asset management service.
Richard Stokes joins to head the new division, which will work with property owners to increase value and operational efficiency.
Stokes said: “Levy’s agency and development teams are active in all sectors of the market and we have developed an asset management service that reflects this cross-sector expertise and draws on the firm’s breadth of knowledge.”
