London consultancy Levy Real Estate has appointed Will Grant as a partner in residential and capital markets.
Grant joins from JLL, where he was a senior director for the land and development team and transacted over £3bn in deals with developments capable of delivering 4,000 homes.
He has 16 years of experience, and specialities in co-living and mixed-use developments. He previously advised clients including Freshwater, L&Q, LaSalle and DTZ Investors, and worked on developments at New Scotland Yard, South Quay Plaza and Nine Elms.
