Legal & General has signed a three-year agreement to be the headline sponsor for one of the industry’s most popular sporting events – Cycle To MIPIM.
Bill Hughes, managing director of LGIM Real Assets, said:“Our three-year commitment reflects our belief that charity-focused, physical challenges play an increasingly important role in industry networking, providing a good antidote to MIPIM itself.”
Since its inception, Cycle To has raised more than £2m for charity.
Next year’s ride will be officially launched on 29 September and take place between 10-15 March 2015.
Two-thirds of the funds raised go to principal charity partner Coram. Article 25, Emthonjeni Trust, Multiple System Atrophy Trust and Tom’s Trust also receive support.
