Legal & General Investment Management has put Chineham Shopping Park in Basingstoke, Hampshire, up for sale for £57.4m.
The asking price for the 166,800 sq ft park reflects a yield of 6%.
The Tesco-anchored shopping park sits on an 18.5-acre site that includes the 76,000 sq ft supermarket, four retail warehouse units totalling 45,800 sq ft and a further 25 shops totalling 45,000 sq ft.
It has 29 tenants, including Tesco, Marks & Spencer Simply Food, Boots and Matalan, and produces a rental income of approximately £3.8m per annum.
Chineham has been owned by the Legal & General Life Fund for more than 20 years. There is the potential to add 110 flats, subject to planning consent.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed to market the asset.
