L&G Modular Homes has added a 95-home scheme in Wiltshire to its development pipeline.
The site at Bore Hill Farm is allocated for residential development in the council’s local plan.
The scheme brings L&G’s modular plans to 850 homes, with 450 under construction in Selby, Bristol and Broadstairs and a further 400 in planning, including schemes in Littlestone, Kent and North Horsham.
The energy-efficient homes will have an EPC A rating, and will use air source heat pumps and solar panels to reduce their carbon footprint in construction and operation.
