Legal & General has released a video of its first prototype prefabricated house, to be built at its factory in Selby.
The first deliveries from the 550,000 sq ft factory are expected in the first half of next year. When at full capacity, the plant will produce 3,000 homes a year.
The homes will be delivered complete with doors and windows, as well as carpets and curtains.
