Legal & General has completed the sale of the Sainsbury’s on Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham, to Supermarket Income REIT for £60.4m
The sale price of the 97,434 sq ft Sainsbury’s store and petrol filling station reflects a net initial yield of 5.25%.
The asset is let to Sainsbury’s Supermarkets until June 2032 and generates a current passing rent of just over £3.3m pa.
