Legal & General Property has appointed JLL to sell the remaining assets in its UK Property Income Fund I for £300m, representing a 7% yield.
The Bentley portfolio includes 47 trade parks, the Meadows Shopping Centre in Essex and Guildford Business Park.
There are 266 units available within the 47 trade parks, which generate £10.7m pa.
The 262,000 sq ft Guildford Business Park brings in £6m pa.
The Meadows Shopping Centre is 197,000 sq ft and provides a rental income of circa £3.6m pa.
