Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets has signed the Business Growth Fund to take the seventh floor at the refurbished Lewis Building in Birmingham city centre.
BGF has taken the 12,000 sq ft top floor on a 10-year lease, relocating from its existing office in Birmingham.
The 114,000 sq ft building is now over 60% let.
