LGV Capital has bought the Snow & Rock outdoor sports equipment retail chain which plans to expand by five or six new shops a year. It will focus on the faster-growing cycling market and open more CycleSurgery outlets. The group has 35 shops.
Meanwhile, Best Buy Europe, which has opened three shops so far this year in the UK, will open three more by the end of the year in Aintree, Croydon and Derby.
