Liberty Properties is searching for takers of prelet and land-sale opportunities on the final instalment of land at its Swansea Enterprise Park.
The 4.9ha (12 acres) Matrix Park, which is located at the southern end of the 202ha (500 acres) Enterprise Zone site, already has broad outline consent.
Rhys Morgan of Knight Frank, joint letting agent for the scheme with Rees Richards & Partners, confirmed that Liberty is close to signing two national distribution companies for prelets of around 2,323 to 2,787 sq m (25,000 to 30,000 sq ft). He said: “Liberty has a preference for prelets but hasn’t ruled out selling freehold plots.”
An acre plot at the park would cost around £110,000.
