Liberty Property Trust completes Kings Hill Kent lettings

Liberty Property Trust UK has completed close to 10,000 sq ft of lettings at its Kings Hill business park near Maidstone, Kent.

Global IT service company Tieto is taking 4,596 sq ft in 10 Kings Hill Avenue and security equipment manufacturer Contacta has renewed its lease on 4,456 sq ft in 11 Tower View.

The signings follow the recent decision by Balfour Beatty Mott MacDonald to take 20,591 sq ft in 10 Kings Hill Avenue.

“We are having an excellent year at Kings Hill despite the challenging property market,” said Andrew Blevins, managing director of Liberty Property Trust UK. “The level of interest in Kings Hill remains buoyant, proving that we are providing an excellent location for businesses and at realistic rents.

“The park is nearly 100% let and we are now looking at future development plans for Kings Hill.”

Agents for Kings Hill are Knight Frank, Altus Edwin-Hill and newly appointed Hanover Green.

The majority of office buildings on the development are owned by Kings Hill Unit Trust, a joint venture between Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate and Liberty Property Trust.
