Lichfields has made a raft of staff promotions across the UK.
The planning and development consultancy has recognised 15 employees, including Jade Scott-Meikle, Chris Smith and Rachel Clements, who have been promoted to the role of planning director.
Since joining Lichfields in 2015, Scott-Meikle (pictured above, left) has been working on establishing the company’s presence in Scotland through the delivery of large mixed-use and regeneration projects, town centre developments, and tourism and leisure schemes.
Having been at the firm for more than a decade, Smith (above, centre) has mostly focused on the housing sector. He has worked on the promotion of strategic sites and has assisted clients with planning applications and appeals across the North East.
Clements (above, right) has worked at Lichfields for nearly 12 years and specialises in housing need, including demographics and housing land supply issues. She advises public and private sector clients on development strategy and policy matters.
In other roles, Zoe Simmonds, Georgia Crowley, Maddie Lane and Dominic Crowley are now associate directors.
Sophie Bisby, Lily Galek, Alice Green, Rosie Williams, Henry McKenzie and Adrian Armstrong have been promoted to senior planner positions, while Emma Taylor and Isaac Vango are now senior economics consultants.
Jim Fennell, chief executive at Lichfields, said: “We expect that the property market will pick up strongly as the policies of the new government begin to take effect, and our promoted staff will play a big part in helping us to service an increase in demand for our services.”
