Lidl UK has leased space at Cross Hands retail park in Wales, which is owned by the Conygar Investment Company.
The developer will file a planning application to build a 23,000 sq ft food store for Lidl immediately.
Conygar expects to commence construction during the autumn and complete in April 2019.
Once Lidl is operating, around 80,000 sq ft of the park will be income generating, leaving 15,000 sq ft of constructed space available to let and 32,670 sq ft available for future construction.
Other brands at Cross Hands include B&M Retail, Costa Coffee, Dominos and Iceland Foods.
