VIDEO: Estates Gazette editor Damian Wild presented Lord Heseltine with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Service to Urban Regeneration at MIPIM UK on Thursday night.
The former deputy prime minister was the headline winner at the awards, staged by MIPIM UK and Estates Gazette.
At the same ceremony, Manchester was named City of the Year, while Edinburgh council chief executive Sue Bruce was given the award for City Leader of the Year.
On Wednesday, Lord Heseltine and London mayor Boris Johnson had announced a growth fund for the capital that could be worth £600m.
