Lands Improvement is selling two farms in Lincolnshire for £7.45m.
They are Abbey Farm, Swineshead and Elm Grange Farm, East Heckington.
The sale fits in with the estate management company’s policy of scaling back holdings of pure commercial farmland so it can reinvest in urban fringe and brownfield sites.
