LIM agrees Derby lease with DeltaRail

  Railway software company DeltaRail has taken the remaining space at LaSalle Investment Management’s Hudson House, Derby.   DeltaRail is now the sole occupier of the 31,500 sq ft building, which was previously let to Software AG.   The company has signed a 10 year lease with a tenant break in 2014.   Hudson House is an office building situated on Pride Park, next to Derby Rail Station.   nathan.cross@estatesgazette.com
