Linden Homes has been given the go-ahead for the redevelopment of the former Alcan Factory in Midsomer Norton, Somerset.
The project will see the site converted into 169 homes, including a mix of one- and two-bedroom flats, two- three- and four-bedroom houses and live/work units. Some 35% of the homes will be affordable. Ancillary offices – just less than 11,000 sq ft – will also be included.
