Linden Homes is to build more than 40 houses in two developments in the south of England. In Ascot, Berkshire, its Water’s Edge scheme will have 17 homes on 1.13ha (2.8 acres). At Avalon Gardens in Orpington, Kent, 24 houses will be built on 1.01ha (2.5 acres) of former school grounds. The three- and four- bedroom houses will be priced from £144,950. Linden has also released the final few homes for sale at its Compass Point development, Mytchett, near Camberley in Surrey. The four-bedroom Pendleton is on the market from £179,500, while five-bedroom properties start from £195,000.
