Harley-Street-therapy-centre

The Howard de Walden Estate has revealed plans for the UK’s first proton-beam therapy centre.

UK-based Advanced Oncotherapy is taking 8,000 sq ft on a 50-year lease at 141-143 Harley Street, W1.

It will be the first time a linear accelerator for radiation treatment has been installed in a listed building.

Average rent on the street for medical tenants is £95 per sq ft.
