Developer Linkcity has completed deals with Grainger and One Housing for the £240m third phase of its Hallsville Quarter scheme in Canning Town.
It has finalised a forward funding deal with Grainger to acquire 278 flats across two blocks. Housing association One Housing has also completed an agreement to acquire 143 shared ownership flats and 199 affordable homes, including 50 extra-care homes.
The development has been designed by architects Hawkins\Brown, and is expected to complete in 2024.
The Hallsville Quarter development will provide 1,100 homes, 323,000 sq ft of leisure and retail, and more than 32,000 sq ft of community space and public realm as part of the £3.7bn Canning Town and Custom House regeneration.
