Linklaters & Alliance and Nabarro Nathanson have advised Development Securities and DGI respectively on the forward-funding of Black Friars Court in the City of London.
Total investment in Development Security’s 9,850 sq m (106,000 sq ft) scheme is expected to be approximately £57m. Law firm Rowe & Maw has taken a 4,920 sq m (53,000 sq ft) prelet on a 25-year lease.
Completion of the building, which comprises eight floors of office accommodation and basement parking, is scheduled for the final quarter of 2000.
Joint letting agents for the remaining space are Knight Frank and Weatherall Green & Smith, who also advised Development Securities and DGI respectively.
