Linklaters has hired Mark O’Neill from Allen & Overy for its real estate finance practice.
O’Neill joins as a partner after nearly 20 years with Allen & Overy where he has led the real estate finance group since 1998.
In his career O’Neill has covered a variety of different transactions, from acquisition financing to securitisation.
