The liquidator of BHS is starting legal action against Sir Philip Green’s Arcadia group.
SHB Realisations, the holding company for BHS, and two partners at FRP Advisory, which is dealing with the liquidation of BHS, are named as claimants.
Documents have been filed with the High Court.
