Lisburne Holdings has sold Archway House, at Llanishen, Cardiff, to clients of Norwich Union for £2.5m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.97 %.
Current tenant, the Post Office occupies the 1,923 sq m (20,700 sq ft) office block for a further 15 years.
Barnett Baker & Co advised vendor Lisburne Holdings and Ferguson Hollis acted for the purchaser.
