Northern Ireland agent Lisney has appointed Nicky Finnieston to be its director of investment, following the retirement of Andrew Marsden.
Marsden is leaving the commercial property agent after 21 years at the firm.
Finnieston had been the retail director of the firm and joined in 2006 from Christie + Co in Glasgow and London.
Finnieston’s appointment comes as the number of investors in the region has grown over recent years following considerable portfolio sales from banks.
In a statement, Declan Flynn (pictured), managing director of Lisney Northern Ireland, said it made sense to combine the retail and investment division and use Finnieston’s experience.
