The Grade II listed late Georgian building contains two basement flats and is set on 1.2 acres in Portreath near Redruth. Built in 1827 for landowner Lord Basset, it was home to wealthy shipowners the Bains family.
The sale takes place on 25 May at the Assembly Room, Truro.
