LISTEN: David Pringle talks PRS

Manchester’s ongoing economic growth, which will see 110,000 jobs added in the next five years, will continue to drive demand for the PRS, according to David Pringle, director of NOMA.

Speaking to Estates Gazette at the BPF Residential Conference, he said that better schemes will be part of a place, and that it is important to ensure there are great facilities and they are well connected.

Meanwhile, looking ahead to the future devolution on the cards, he said that a future mayoral candidate will have to deliver.
