Waitrose is to open the first of its Little Waitrose convenience stores outside London at Ballymore’s One Colmore Row in Birmingham.
The retailer has struck a deal with current occupier Knight Frank to take 3,600 sq ft on the ground floor. KF will move up to the first and second floors.
Waitrose has agreed a 15-year lease at a rent close to £25 per sq ft.
