Litton Properties and J Sainsbury have won planning consent for a £20m retail and leisure development on the 4.8ha (12 acre) Archer Road site in Sheffield.
The joint venture plans to build a 3,716 sq m (40,000 sq ft) extension to an existing Sainsbury store, a 4,041 sq m (43,500 sq ft) First Leisure Health and Fitness Centre, and another 2,787 sq m (30,000 sq ft) of leisure facilities.
Gerald Eve advised the developers. The firm has been retained as letting agent with Mason & Partners.
